Founded by Bryan and Sue, our company has grown from a passionate vision into a trusted provider of high-quality steel fence posts throughout Victoria. With a strong commitment to innovation, durability, and customer satisfaction, we have developed products that offer superior strength and longevity compared to traditional timber posts.

Bryan’s expertise in fencing stems from a rich family legacy. His father, Ted Coleman, spent the 1960s building fences in Melbourne’s northern suburbs, and Bryan followed in his footsteps. Starting as a kid working with his dad and later as a contractor after obtaining his license, Bryan went on to establish his own fencing business, Best for Less Fencing, in 2011, which he continues to run on the side.

Our dedication to quality is reflected in our extensive research and development, advanced manufacturing processes, and a comprehensive 10-year guarantee on all our steel posts. A pivotal moment in our journey was a trip to China, where we designed our posts to be quicker and easier to install. This led to the creation of a custom roll-forming machine capable of producing one post per minute, tailored precisely to our specifications.
